Keeping Current with the Evidence Using PubMed and EndNote – Class on April 27

Having trouble keeping up with the topics you are most interested in?

This month Laura Brown, clinical librarian, will be reprising her Keeping Current class which she regularly teaches during Learning and Personal Development Week.

Attendees will get an overview of PubMed which will include setting up a MyNCBI account, and performing a PubMed search on a topic of their interest and saving it to their account. In addition, attendees will be given an introduction to EndNote and shown how to load search results from PubMed into their library, obtain the full text of select articles, organize a personal library (divide citations into groups), and email a compressed library to themselves.

The session is scheduled for April 27 from 12 to 1 p.m. in the Graff Medical and Scientific Library (Room G104). Laptops will be provided. Please visit here to register.
