Take Action on World Diabetes Day: Do Three Things


  1. Watch this 3 minute video for tips on what you can do for yourself and your family to engage in physical activity, brought to you by the National Diabetes Education Program (a partnership of NIH and CDC).
  2. Come by the Graff Library building and use one of our walking stations or our bike station so you can exercise while you work.
  3. Learn more about diabetes. Visit the MedlinePlus Diabetes Health Topic page for statistics, news, new research, videos, and tips for lowering your risk for diabetes. Check out the Spanish version of the page by clicking on the “Español” button at the top right-hand area.
