The City of Hope Archives congratulates Jennifer Miller on being promoted to the new position of Digitization Archivist. The Digitization Archivist’s main objective is to create, organize and describe the COH Archives digital assets so that they can be accessed by the COH community and the public to tell the story of City of Hope’s history.
Jennifer received an M.L.I.S. from San Jose State University with a specialization in Archival Studies in May 2014. While completing her graduate degree, she worked part-time at City of Hope Lee Graff Medical & Scientific Library and the Archives as the Library/Archives Aide. Prior to joining COH, Jennifer also worked with a number of unique archival collections including those held by National Geographic and UCLA Film & Television Archive. Throughout her studies, her area of specialization has been on multi-format audiovisual collections (such as nitrate film), as well as historic photograph collections.
Please join me in welcoming Jennifer to this new role at City of Hope!
