From the Archives: October is National Archives Month

2013-archives-posterIn honor of Archives Month the City of Hope Archives will feature highlights from the collections and participate in the Graff Library Back-to-School event.

Archives Month is a collaborative effort by professionals and repositories around the nation to highlight the importance of historical records.  Here at City of Hope, the Archives serves as the repository for City of Hope’s historical holdings: papers, photographs and artifacts that document the history of the institution.  Throughout the month of October we will feature highlights from the collections in the Library Newsletter and weekly blog posts.

For a close-up look at some of the historic photographs and artifacts, and to learn more about the Archives, stop-by the Graff Library Back–to-School event on October 22nd.
