Question of the month: Does the library have color copiers and printers?

Someone in the COH community asked if the library has color printing and scanning options. Yes, we sure do!

We have a color printer as well as a color multifunction machine that copies, scans, and prints). Each of the computers available to library visitors have these machines as options for printing. You can find the color multifunction machine in our Copy Room near the front desk. The color printer is located near the two computers located near the Copy Room.

And, as a friendly reminder, all printing, copying, and scanning is free if it’s related to City of Hope business. We charge  for non-work-related or personal printing and copying: 5 cents a page for black-and-white and 25 cents for color. Scanning personal items is free. There is a box at the front desk to deposit what you owe. This is, of course, on the honor system.

If you have any questions and/or need any assistance with using these machines, please don’t hesitate to ask at the Graff Library front desk or email us at library@coh.org.  After 6pm on weekdays and over the weekend, ITS Help Desk (x6-HELP) can help with paper jams and other basic technical problems.

Keep the questions and suggestions coming! We look forward to hearing from you.
